Is there a company that will give me a payday loan without a bank account?

Be careful if you need to apply for an online cash advance. Each state has different laws and regulations, and I'm not familiar with the all the rules and regulations. Maybe you can find a local cash advance office so you can get advice before taking out the loan. http://www.howtogetcashadvance.com

Is there a company that will give me a payday loan without a bank account?
No. You have to write a check to the payday loan company. That's how payday loans work. If you can't write them a check, you can't get a payday loan.

It's for the best, because payday loans are horrible loans. They have rates around 30% APR. You do not want a loan like this. It usually leads to another payday loan, and another, and another. You have to take out another one to pay the previous one back, and you can't break the cycle.

Break the cycle before it starts, and modify your spending now. You have to live within your means, spend less than you make, and start building savings that you can use in case of an emergency.
Reply:Typically, no; but there are some companies that will do a signature loan or a paycheck loan. I've seen this loan type in Illinois. Instead of a post dated check, they use a "wage assignment". The way this works is that if you don't pay, they send a "notice to garnish your wages" and if you don't respond, they will send a demand letter to your employer. I'm not sure what the laws are from state to state.

Some lenders offer a product called a "pay check" not "payday" loan. This is a multiple installment loan. They get an authorization from your employer that works like a direct deposit. This would require you to have your employer route the payment into the companies account and then cut your payroll check for the remainder. Sounds like a lot of work, right?

You should try and sell something on eBay. Payday loans are a slippery slope.

I know this because I work in the industry.

Reply:not that i have ever heard of. the check that you write them is what they use to secure the loan with.

try a pawnshop if you have something you are willing to hock.

if you own a vehicle their is a lot of places that will give you a payday type loan against your car title. these are the only ideas i can think of for you...good luck.
Reply:I would not give you one. A person not having a bank account is a red flag for me that I may be dealing with someone who is financially irresponsible.
