I cannot repay my payday loan?

I am a disabled 54 year old widow. I have a caregiver that comes to my home twice a day to help me bathe, clean, and anything else I need. Last month her car broke down, and I agreed to take out a loan on-line. Now, no one knows where she is, and when the loan company takes out the interest payment, I will not be able to pay my rent. I have contacted some agencies that offer help, but they say I don't owe enough money for them to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is your caregiver from an agency or company? Can you inform them?





A caregiver should never have accepted money from you in this way. The only chance you have of getting it back is from an agency if she came from one. If you agreed and signed up for a loan in your name, unfortuantely you are 100% liable for it.





This situation happens so many times i've seen it so often and it makes me soooooo MAD. I'm really sorry this happened to you-- i do hope you can trace her or the agency/company she comes from and get at least some of your money back.





NEVER lend money to a caregiver, not even $1. It is incredibly bad practise for her to take this from you. Maybe you could even go to the police.
