If you have a ONE TIME issue, talk to your landlord about making arraignments to to pay this months rent over time. If you have an ONGOING issue, a loan is the WORST thing you can do. You need to address WHY you can't pay.

Ask your church to help out. They'd pay a portion directly to the landlord. If they give you a food voucher, then use money you'd set aside for food to help with the rent.





Defer a car payment if you have one and use that money.

See if your local Salvation Army has a rent money grant. You can get a month's rent paid directly to landlord once in your life-time. Check it out.
