I cannot repay my payday loan?

I am a disabled 54 year old widow. I have a caregiver that comes to my home twice a day to help me bathe, clean, and anything else I need. Last month her car broke down, and I agreed to take out a loan on-line. Now, no one knows where she is, and when the loan company takes out the interest payment, I will not be able to pay my rent. I have contacted some agencies that offer help, but they say I don't owe enough money for them to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so sorry. You can do nothing, except for sue her. Contact the agency at where she works, and sue her for identity thief. Plz, don't trust in strange people again, you will only get troubles. Just pay your rent and save some money so u can pay it slowly. The guy that gave u the answer about the credit card is right, take a credit card and pay it slowly. If you have any account at the bank, that has a considerable amount of money, go to the bank and get oriented, bcz they can take the money you owe from the account. Best Wishes.
Reply:Never, ever do business with a payday loan company. They will rob you blind. They charge outrageous interest, and they make big money if you extend the payback period. Thats what they are hoping for because extending is do profitable for them. The best thing to do is to come up with the money as soon as possible (friend, family, whatever) and pay them off. EVery day that you wait to pay them is costing you a lot of money - even on a small sum like $500. For more info:

Reply:Can you pay for it with a credit card and at least make the minimum payments for a while until you figure out your finances? I'm sure you can at least afford $30/month. Last case scenario would be to pawn some stuff, ie your computer or some jewlery.

Good luck...
