Reply:I was drowned with payday loans, the only way to get out of them is not to pay and stack up your money. I know they usually threaten you with court or credit problems but i found that non of them actually report right away. It is all bologne. It can take them up to one year to sue you and report it to your credit report. Ace is the best though. They give you 30 days to pay it off because they know it can take up to 2 pay days for you to get back on track. They are very flexible with repayment.

The educated people on here can see for themselves that it is cheaper to get a payday loan from a payday lender than get a personal loan from a credit union or bank who charges an initiation fee plus interest.





Here's an example: Someone needs to borrow $100 so they don't get a bounced check fee that they just wrote. Through a payday lender you can borrow that $100 for just $17 and have the loan out for two weeks. If you go to a credit union, they will charge you a $30 loan initiation fee plus 18% interest on the loan. So, you tell me which is cheaper?

Reply:There is no such thing as a reputable payday loan. When you charge interest in the 600% range, reputable just does not fit.





Find some other way. Payday loans are a sinkhole into deep debt. If you are short this week, you will be even further behind after you fork over that interest. It would be cheaper to pay late fees on some of your bills.

I got myself into a HUGE mess with a payday loan. if you need money, try getting a loan through your bank......personal loan. you could also ask the bank if they have cash advances. trust me, i know from experience! i was sick to my stomach for like 5 months trying to pay them off.
Reply:There is no such thing as a reputable payday loan company. They are all very bad businesses. In my opinion they should be made illegal. If you don't want to get scammed, don't use a payday loan company.
